Production process and precautions
· Weaving: mainly produced on air-jet looms, with mature technology and stable greige fabric quality.
· Dyeing: due to the different properties of cotton (requiring reactive dyes) and nylon (requiring acid dyes), two or more dyeing steps are required.
· Printing: conventional printing is difficult; currently, pigment printing is the main method used in the market.
· Finishing: skewing issues must be strictly controlled, especially for lightweight fabrics. Finished products are not recommended to be packed on hangers or hanging racks to avoid crease marks; they are usually rolled directly after setting.
