Natural cotton fibers are dyed first and then blended, resulting in a soft hand feel, breathable and skin-friendly;
Disadvantage: Color fastness and wrinkle resistance are weaker than T/R.

T/R Polyester-Viscose Color-Spun: Polyester ensures strength and color fastness, while viscose enhances breathability and skin-friendliness.
   Post-Finishing and Key Physical Properties (Key focus for factories/procurement)

1. Pre-shrinking and setting
   Standard TR color-spun fabric, after pre-shrinking, can control washing shrinkage within ±3%, reducing cutting floor loss for garment factories;
2. Color fastness
   Color is embedded within the fiber, unlike piece dyeing which only colors the surface; it does not easily reveal white base or fade after repeated washing;
3. Pilling resistance
   Moderate performance; if customer requirements are high, anti-pilling agents can be added during post-finishing.

Detailed Notes
Post-finishing temperature should not be too high, otherwise the viscose component is prone to graying or discoloration.
